When we receive your request, we will contact you to arrange an appointment. After this, we send you a copy of our Lifestyle Questionnaire to complete and return to us before you attend your first meeting with our planner. This fact finding process saves you money by reducing the amount of time the planner has to spend with you to collect basic information.

Your first appointment will discuss the information you provided in the questionnaire and the planner will ask you for additional information if required. This meeting generally takes about an hour, depending on the complexity of your situation and objectives. Sometimes the first meeting is sufficient to develop a financial plan for you. For more complex plans, our planner may ask you to return for a second meeting to consider some options.

Once you have understood and agreed on a plan of action, our planner will then create a Statement of Advice (SOA) for you that will document all the recommendations made and agreed upon.

Once your plan is in place, we recommend that you consider revisiting us annually for a review of your plan to ensure that it still meets your needs, especially if your personal circumstances have changed since the last review.
